Remember to start from the bottom layer up. So Layer 5 is first! Here you go:

Layer 1 - Greens:  Lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.

Layer 2 - Protein: Nuts, breads, meats, etc.

Layer 3 - Soft Veggies: Tomatoes, beets, etc.

Layer 4 - Hard Veggies: Bell peppers, onions, etc.

Layer 5 - Dressing
