Whip it Good! Totally Guilt-Free Whipped Cream

Cream is an essential to the best desserts and a must have for coffee. However, some may want an alternative to dairy or are on the Paleo diet. Here is a coconut milk version:

Step 1:

Place a can of “full fat” Organic Coconut Milk in the fridge overnight or for several hours.

Step 2:

Scoop out all the thickened coconut cream, leaving only water behind. The water can be used later in a drink or shake.

Step 3:

Add a little cinnamon and vanilla to the cream. Whip the mixture in a bowl until it begins to thicken.

Step 4:

Enjoy it with your favorite dessert or in your coffee!
