Bleach Pen Pillows

Add some personality to your room with this fun DIY project using a bleach pen on your throw pillow.  Choose whatever color you desire, this project takes about 45 minutes, including washing, drying, and sewing.

Taking a 20 x 20 napkin, take the top and bottom hems out for a rustic, undone look.

Do some research as to what type of design you want to do or keep things simple with dots and lines.

Go over the bleach marks twice for an extra white design.

After the bleach process, hand wash and dry.

To finish up sewing the pillow, fold the two raw edges in the back of the pillow and sew down the overlapping raw edge.  Sew one of the short ends by sandwiching the ends together and no need to turn it inside out for a clean hidden seam.  Stuff the pillow, sew the other end, and you’re done!
